Committed to providing quality products while maintaining competitive pricing, American Excelsior Company (AEC) has invested in new equipment at their five foam fabricating plants across the United States.
This equipment includes: Increase molding capacity by 50% with additional molding line added; automated wrapping and heat shrink tunnel custom packaging capability; additional CNC cutting equipment; Additional Die Cutting Presses; and a Flash Cutter which will help AEC’s ability to supply a quick turnaround on both custom parts and prototypes.

Today, American Excelsior has five foam fabricating plants, located in Norwalk, Ohio; West Chicago, Illinois; Sheboygan, Wisconsin; Yakima, Washington; and Arlington, Texas. These locations fabricate and mold a wide variety of products, such as polyether/polyester foams; polyethylene foams; crosslinks foams; and molded foams. Applications for such foams include bedding; furniture; automotive; packaging; recreational; medical; novelty; pet bedding; acoustical; and many, many more applications.
In addition to these five locations, plants in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and Florence, Alabama produce wood products used for erosion control, packaging, evaporative cooling and many specialty markets.
