Returns and Exchanges

All requests for returns or exchanges must be requested by email.

Fill out the Website Return/Exchange Request Form. Upon receipt your request will be assessed for approval. Once the assessment has been completed you will receive notification by email if your request for return or exchange is approved or denied. If approved, you will receive by email a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) with return or exchange instructions. Please retain this number for future reference. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless product is determined to be defective. No returns or exchanges will be honored if you have not obtained a RMA#. Upon approval of the submitted Return/Exchange Request Form, we’ll gladly issue a refund in the original form of payment. If your account has a prior balance, a credit to your account will be issued, instead of a refund.

Cancellations & Order Editing

To cancel or edit your order, please contact our Corporate Customer Service Department at 1-800-777-7645 immediately if you need to edit or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel or edit.
